Thank you for shopping at Merchievo.Store! Below are the details regarding our order processing and shipping procedures.
1. Order Processing Times
The total time until your order ships depends on whether your item is a Stock Item (ready-to-wear) or a Custom Item (featuring your design/logo).
A. Stock/Ready-to-Wear Items
Processing Time: 1-3 business days.Orders placed for stock items will be processed, packaged, and handed to the carrier within this timeframe.
B. Custom-Designed Items:
Processing Time: 5-10 business days after design approval. Custom orders require time for design proofing, customer approval, and production. Production does not begin until you have formally approved the final design proof.
Please note: This time does not include the delivery time (shipping time).
Note: Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Disclaimer: Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the day the order is placed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages and Lost Packages
4.1. Damages: Merchievo.Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
4.2. Lost Packages: If a package tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If the package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms this, please contact us at info@Merchievo.Store and we will assist in resolving the issue where possible.
5. Shipping Address Errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
