Refund & Return Policy
1. Our Commitment At Merchievo.Store, we stand by the quality of our t-shirts and hoodies. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing high-quality custom and ready-to-wear apparel. Please review our policy carefully, as different rules apply to custom and stock items.
2. General Return Eligibility (Defective or Incorrect Items) You may request a return or exchange only if your order meets one of the following criteria:
Defective Product: The item has a material or printing defect.
Printing Error: The print is significantly different from the confirmed design proof (for custom orders).
Wrong Item Shipped: We shipped the wrong size, color, or item entirely.
If your item meets one of the above criteria, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@Merchievo.Store. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence.
3. Policy on Custom-Designed Items (Non-Returnable) All sales of custom-designed apparel (items featuring customer-uploaded logos or designs) are final and are generally non-refundable.
Because these items are unique to you and cannot be restocked or resold, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Customer Errors: Mistakes in the design, text, logo placement, or color chosen by the customer.
Incorrect Size Ordered: Items that do not fit due to the customer selecting the wrong size.
Change of Mind: Orders where the customer simply changes their mind after production.
Note: We highly recommend checking our size charts and reviewing your design proof carefully before confirming your custom order.
4. Policy on Stock/Ready-to-Wear Items Items purchased directly from our existing inventory (not featuring a customer-uploaded logo or design) may be eligible for a return or exchange, provided:
The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags attached.
The item is not marked as Final Sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect.
5. Exchanges We only offer exchanges for stock/ready-to-wear items if the size is available and the item meets the return eligibility criteria (Section 4). We do not offer exchanges on custom-designed items unless the item is found to be defective.
6. Processing Refunds If a refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
