We are a family-owned shop based right in the heart of Roanoke, Virginia.

It’s a hybrid approach that gives you the best of both worlds!
Our specialized custom work and high-detail DTF transfers are designed by Shawn and hand-pressed in our Roanoke shop. For the rest of our catalog we partner with Printify’s top printers so you get fast, high-quality nationwide shipping.

Do you offer custom design services?
Yes! Shawn handles all our original in-house designs. Whether you need team jerseys, business uniforms, event shirts, or something completely unique — we’ve got you.

Do you do bulk or team orders?
Absolutely,  we love team orders! Great pricing starts at just 12 pieces. Message us for a custom quote.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?
• Local Roanoke area: 3–5 business days (we’ll text you when it’s ready)
• Nationwide shipping: 7–15 business days total (production + delivery)

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout , it’s free and we’ll text you the second your order is ready in Roanoke.

What printing method do you use?
We specialize in premium Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers for super vibrant, durable, soft-feel prints that hold up wash after wash. We also offer direct-to-garment (DTG) on select items.

Do you sell DTF transfers by themselves?
Yes! High-quality DTF transfers ready for you to press.

Sizing & Care

How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt and comparing, better a little big than too small!

How should I wash my Merchievo gear?
Turn inside out • Cold wash, gentle cycle • Hang dry or low tumble • No bleach, no iron on the print.
Your design will stay bright for years.

What is your return policy?
Because most items are custom-made or printed to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis for defects or errors only.
