We are a family-owned shop based right in the heart of Bedford, Virginia.
How are your products made?
Every piece of apparel is designed by Shawn and hand-pressed directly in our Bedford workshop. From our exclusive catalog designs to high-detail custom DTF transfers, we do it all in-house to ensure premium quality and durability on every single order.

Do you offer custom design services?
Yes! Shawn handles all our original in-house designs. Whether you need team jerseys, business uniforms, event shirts, or something completely unique, we’ve got you.

Do you do bulk or team orders?
Absolutely, we love team orders! Great pricing starts at just 12 pieces. Message us for a custom quote.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
Because we press everything to order in-house, standard catalog items take 5–7 business days to produce, while custom team/workwear orders take 7–10 business days after design approval. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery takes about 3–5 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, it’s free and we’ll text you the second your order is ready in Bedford.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email with tracking the moment your USPS shipping label is printed. You can also log into your account anytime to check the status.

What printing method do you use?
We specialize exclusively in premium Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers. This gives you super vibrant, durable, soft-feel prints that hold up wash after wash without cracking or fading.
Do you sell DTF transfers by themselves?
Yes! High-quality DTF transfers ready for you to press.
Sizing & Care
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt and comparing—better a little big than too small!
How should I wash my Merchievo gear?
Turn inside out • Cold wash, gentle cycle • Hang dry or low tumble • No bleach, no iron on the print.

Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
Because most items are hand-pressed to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis for defects or errors only.
